One of the largest U.S. community college systems in the U.S. — oversees nine colleges with 742 buildings across Los Angeles County, serving over 200,000 students annually.

Historically, the District relied on SAP® software to track asset data; however, inconsistent standards, unverified records, and disconnected systems limited accuracy, visibility, and operational efficiency.

Quartz Consulting Group, in collaboration with Camcode’s standardized asset tag solutions, supported the District in launching a scalable, district-wide Facilities Equipment Asset Management (FEAM) program. This initiative enhanced asset visibility, improved data access, and set the stage for a shift from reactive to preventive and predictive maintenance.

Camcode’s consultative support and durable tagging solutions were integral to building a foundation for long-term asset intelligence.

Quartz evaluated multiple asset tag solutions and provided the District with sample options. • 988 warranty documents and 1,782 O&M manuals linked to digital records
