Chris Kaczor

Sales Manager
Chris manages the daily operations and activities of the sales team. He joined Camcode in 2012 as a sales representative as was promoted to Sales Manager in 2018. As Sales Manager, Chris is responsible for developing the overall strategy of Camcode, while providing guidance to a team of critical thinkers. Chris earned undergraduate and graduate degrees in Communications, as well as a certificate in conflict management from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania.

Anthony Fritz

Inside Sales
Anthony joined Camcode in 2015 as part of the Inside Sales team. His knowledge of label materials, adhesives, and asset identification helps customers implement the ideal barcode label solution to improve their business processes. After gaining a thorough understanding of your need, Anthony will recommend the products appropriate for your application whether it is for warehouse, utility, military or fixed assets. Anthony earned a B.S. in Business from Bowling Green State University.

Andrew Keserich

Director of Client Services
Andrew is a project director with in-depth experience managing complex asset identification, reconciliation and tracking projects for a variety of government, military and civilian applications. He has lead teams domestic and abroad, successfully implementing asset management projects for the United Kingdom Ministry of Defense, Australian Defence Force and United States SOCOMD. Andrew joined Camcode in 2012 with a B.S. in Business Management from Juniata College.

Lou Peeples

Business Development, CMMS Specialist
Lou has nearly 30 years of experience in the automatic identification space and can help solve almost any auto-ID application you might have. Lou specializes in complex, enterprise-wide bar code solutions involving standard asset and CMMS applications across a variety of markets including energy, utility, retail, and manufacturing. Lou also works with organizations and mobile software vendors around the globe to incorporate bar code and data collection solutions with Camcode’s products. Lou has a B.A. and M.B.A. from Wayne State University and can provide automatic identification education to your organization.

Dave Thompson

Project Manager
Dave manages complex asset identification and tracking projects for a variety of government, military and civilian applications. His experience includes managing teams, domestic and abroad, that successfully implemented asset management projects for the United Kingdom Ministry of Defense, Australian Defence Force, and United States SOCOMD. Dave also manages projects for school, shipyard, oil and gas, and library environments. Dave is a certified Project Management Professional and has a B.S. in Business Management from Juniata College.

Melissa Van de Motter

Account Manager, Supply Chain Specialist
Since joining Camcode in 2003, Melissa has had extensive background in establishing productive client relationships while working in customer service, inside sales and outside sales functional areas. Using her industry knowledge and field experience, she is accomplished at finding creative solutions for customer problems. As an Account Manager for the Supply Chain Industry, she works with Material Handling, Logistics and Supply Chain professionals. Melissa specializes in recommending, designing, and implementing label and sign identification and installation solutions, making manufacturing and distribution facilities more efficient. Melissa has a B.A. in Communications from Bowling Green State University.

Randy Uveges

Senior Program Manager
Randy is a technical expert in materials and performance, identification product manufacturing systems, make or buy decisions, direct part marking, Unique Identification (UID) and label installation. He has in-depth experience in many industries with a special focus on defense shipbuilding, commercial and defense aircraft manufacturing, OEM equipment manufacturing and small arms. From the outset, Randy’s goal has been to always act in the customer’s best interest using technical knowledge, innovation and insight to guide customers to an optimal solution to their needs. Randy joined Horizons in 1979 and has fulfilled multiple roles across several operating divisions of the company. Roles have included Territory Management, Sales Management, Product Development, Market Manager, and now represents three divisions of Horizons as a Business Development and Contract Manager. Randy has a B.S. in Marketing from Bowling Green State University.
